This is where the tail wags, whiskers twitch, and happy squeaks begin! Our intro visit is all about getting to know you and your fabulous furry, feathery, or scaly crew—whether they bark, purr, chirp, hop, or do zoomies.
We’ll walk through your client profile together, chat about your pets’ daily quirks and routines, and learn what makes them tick (or chirp, or nap in sunbeams). Most importantly, we’ll find out what matters most to you when it comes to their care.
Then, we’ll whip up a custom care plan made just for your one-of-a-kind pack—whether that includes a snuggly pup, a curious kitty, a talkative parrot, or a shy little hamster.
And the best part? We get to meet your amazing animal family and start the friendship from the very first hello!
