how long have you been in business?

Pawsitively Pink was born in 2018 in the Ocoee/Winter Garden area.  We moved and became established in the Clermont/Minneola area in 2021 and has been growing ever since. 

are you licensed and insured?

Yes we are!  We are licensed as a business in the state of Florida.  We are insured through __________.  We can provide proof of license and insurance on request.  

How long will it take to be contacted?

Once you have submitted a form on our contact us page, it will arrive in our inbox.  We will contact you as soon as possible.  We will create your account and send you a welcome letter to get started. Our goal is to get to everyone by the end of the day, though it may be up to 24 hours.  

what is our most popular service?

Good questions!  We offer drop-in visits, almost overnight stays, dog walking, pet transportation and doggie field trips, but most of our clients request 30 minute drop in visits.  A half hour visit is enough time for us to love and feed or walk your pets without being rushed.  We offer 45 and 60 minut visits for pets that need a little extra love.

what is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy for vacation visits

  • More than 2 weeks notice - 100% refund or credit to account (client’s choice)

  • 7 -14 days before first visit - 75% refund or credit to account (client's choice)

  • 3-6 days before first visit - 50% credit to the account

  • Less than 3 days notice - no refund or credit

  • - No Refund: in the event of an early return from a trip

  • ***Services that are schedule that fall on or around major holidays/school breaks that are cancelled will not be refunded or credited.

 

 

6. Cancellation policy for daily/weekly/recurring visits

● Cancellations for daily/weekly/recurring visits must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit or the client will be charged.

● If the visit is canceled more than 24 hours in advance and the invoice has already been paid, client will receive a credit on their account for the amount of the visit to be used on a future invoice.

● If the visit is canceled more than 24 hours in advance and the invoice has not been paid, the client will not be charged.
